Raj Kundra was arrested by Mumbai Police late on Monday night in connection with making a porn movie. Raj Kundra is the husband of Shilpa Shetty who has been detained by the Mumbai Police in a pornography case. Raj Kundra was presented in the court on Tuesday, 20/07/2021. Where Raj Kundra has been ordered to be kept in judicial custody till July 23. Also, now Raj Kundra's wife Shilpa Shetty can also be questioned!Along with Raj Kundra, Mumbai Police has also taken into custody his partner Ryan Tharp. On Monday, around 9 pm, Raj Kundra was called to the Crime Branch for questioning, where the police interrogated Raj Kundra for 2 hours, around 11 pm Raj Kundra was taken into custody by the Mumbai Police.
Raj Kundra invested 10 crore rupees in his company
According to Mumbai Crime Branch, a case was registered against Raj Kundra in February 2021 this year. Raj Kundra has invested around Rs 10 crore for a porn movie. Raj Kundra and his brothers who live in Britain, both together formed a company named Kenrin in Britain, for whom the movie was made in India and Raj Kundra used to transfer these movies to Kenrin. This company has been formed by Raj Kundra and got it registered abroad so that he can avoid cyber law of India.
Please tell that making porn movies is banned only in India, so Raj Kundra got his company registered in UK where there is no ban on porn movies!
How did the case of Raj Kundra come to the fore?
In February, Mumbai Police had detained 6 people, including actress Gehana Vashisht. After some more revelations, 3 more people were arrested! An FIR was written after this, in which the actress was blackmailed for nude scenes.
These films shot were put on the paid app, after which recently the police arrested a man named Umes, after which Raj Kundra's name came to the fore and he too got caught in this case.
